Dr. Doron Bresler and staff welcome you to Panama City Implants and Periodontics, PCIP. When you step foot into our practice you are family. We will treat and take care of you with empathy and kindness.

Our Team

  • Dr. Bresler received his D.D.S. from the prestigious Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific and commissioned in the US Air Force. He graduated a joint program in Periodontics offered by Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC) and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) with a Master of Science degree from UTHSCSA and a clinical certificate in Periodontics from WHMC. Dr. Bresler is board certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. After a glorious Air Force career of 23 years, Dr. Bresler, his wife, 4 children and 3 dogs have decided to make Panama City, FL home. You may be lucky to see his 3 dogs walking him around the neighborhoods of PC. He misses the Air Force greatly, but Panama City has welcomed him with open arms and a great Southern charm.

Kori R.

  • Kori R is PCIP’s finest dental hygienist. She has been in the dental field since 2010. She started her path as a dental assistant and finished her dental hygiene degree in 2018. The USAF brought her to Panama City where her husband is finishing his career out at Tyndall Air Base. Go Blue! She is also a mother of two. Florida is the perfect place for the Rook family since there is one attribute that is extremely important to them. You guessed it, the water! On any given day-off, if you look carefully at the wide blue sea of the Gulf of Mexico you may see air bubbles coming up to the surface. It’s probably not a scary shark, nor a cute dolphin, not even Nemo, but it is more likely PCIP’s own, Kori the Friendly Hygienist. She loves to scuba dive and teach our sea animals how to floss properly. Just Kidding. She is an expert scuba instructor when not cleaning teeth.

Teresa S.

  • Teresa S is our newest addition to PCIP. A true local girl that spends her time as the seamstress to the stars. Our very own NSA Panama City folks have her on speed dial in case of clothing emergencies. Maybe she can teach me a thing or two with my suturing skills 😉. She is Southern girl with a great sense of humor and a welcoming smile. She can even do the Irish jig. She has been a great addition to our PCIP family. She has a big heart and will truly insure that you have a very special visit to PCIP. We are very lucky to have her on our team.

Eve K.

  • Eve is from the Czech Republic and has 15 years of experience as a dental assistant in every aspect of dental care.  She is fully competent and loves to take care of our periodontal population of Bay Co.  She has attended continuing education courses at both the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry and at NOVA Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine.   She has been happily married to her husband for over 20 years, and they have two beautiful children.  Eve loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling. She has a very quick and witty charm. We are blessed to have her working with us.

  • I dare you to find a nicer, more pleasant, friendler and more compassionate person than Mrs. Natasha B. She is married to a patriotic US Air Force Airman, which you know Dr. Bresler loves. In fact her family bleeds blue with her eldest daughter also serving our great nation as an Airman. If you want to make her smile, which is very easy to do, mention that you like Beyonce and you will instantly become friends. We are truly lucky at PCIP to have such an amazing person to bring some sunshine and joy into our lives.
